MEASUREMENTS: I would call this best fit for an XS with a slender hip. There is a underlayer built into this dress that is smaller than the outer layer. I have a 37 hip and would have preferred a little more room. Best fit would be 35 and smaller or 36 at most. It is also a pullover the head dress so you'll want a smaller upper frame to create a sense of ease. I have a small chest and a 14 inches shoulder and found it manageable but with some squirming. ;) As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
