The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. It's much lighter than many other creams, but still nicely stiff to use for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully high. The Enchanted Cream® Choco is made in a matter of minutes. Only add water and/or milk, mix and it's ready to use immediately. With this version of our famous cream you'll enjoy the best of two worlds: the heavenly taste and texture of Enchanted Cream® and the rich flavour of chocolate.

Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup (dried), cocoa powder (skimmed), partially hydrogenated oil (palm), emulsifier: E471, E472f, hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), MILK PROTEIN, MILK POWDER (skimmed), dextrose, stabiliser: E450, E263, E339, E516, thickener: E401, E464, anti-caking agent: E341. For allergens, see ingredients in CAPITALS. May contain traces of: EGG, SOY, LUPIN.
