The Borla ATAK® Mid-Section Exhaust System is a high-performance upgrade specifically designed for the 2024-2025 Ford Ranger Raptor with the 3.0L V6 engine. This system features a True Dual design with 2.75-inch diameter piping and is engineered to deliver Borla's most aggressive sound level while maintaining full cabin comfort with a "No-Drone" guarantee. The custom-designed muffler assembly includes an internal H-Pipe, which balances exhaust pulses to increase performance and refine the exhaust note. By retaining the factory Active Exhaust Valve functionality, this mid-section allows drivers to continue using the vehicle's integrated sound modes for total auditory control.
Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this mid-section is built to provide superior durability and corrosion resistance under the most demanding driving conditions. The system utilizes ultra-smooth mandrel bends and precision CNC manufacturing to ensure maximum exhaust flow and a perfect factory-style fitment.
