Garden Cress seed has strength promoting, nourishing, rejuvenate, laxative, antispasmodic and anthelmintic properties. It is beneficial in hic-cough, diarrhea, gouts, backache, dysmenorrhea and deficiency of semen.
How to Use & Dosage
- General recommended dose is 1 to 2 teaspoons (approx. 5–10 g) once daily.
- You can take it with lukewarm water, after meal.
- If you are new to this herb, then start with lower dose like 1tsp.
- Continue this herb for at least 4-6 weeks for noticeable result.
- If you feel any discomfort, stop immediately and contact the doctor.
- If you have any specific health condition, or on medication, then consult the doctor first.
- This herb is not recommended for children under 18 yrs.
