This style features 1.75″ by 2.5" Chrome Coated Stainless Steel Tubes and 4 Stanchions manufactured out of chrome-plated diecast aluminum. Installation takes just a few minutes as these do not require any drilling, all rails utilize the truck’s built-in stake pockets to secure the locker rails to the bed and include vehicle-specific hardware and gaskets. Don’t worry about tonneau compatibility as these locker rails occupy a minimal amount of area on the bed walls which in turn provides adequate clearance for the use of most modern tonneau covers. We purchased two of these for our grandkids (ages 6 and 8) to use while they visited for 3 days. It was “indoor camping” and they worked perfectly. Lightweight construction made them comfortable in 70+ degrees, and the way the manufacturer uses multiple pockets of insulation keeps it from bunching up, while remaining super soft and comfortable. Clean on a gentle cycle and they will last a long time… a great value for the price!
