Ingredients
Moringa oleifera (Moringa Leaf), Hibiscus sabdariffa (Hibiscus Flower), Rosa canina (Rosehip), Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek Seed), Crataegus spp. (Hawthorn Leaf & Berry), Ocimum basilicum (Basil Leaf), Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos), Zingiber officinale (Ginger Root), Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom Pod)
Directions
Add 1–2 teaspoons of the loose-leaf blend to a tea infuser or strainer. Pour freshly boiled water (200ml) over the herbs and allow to steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm. Optional: Add a slice of lemon or a touch of honey to taste. For best results, enjoy 1–2 cups daily as part of your regular wellness routine.
