福库(CUCKOO)以独特的技术开发出糙米发芽功能，能使糙米在CUCKOO IH气压饭煲内新鲜发芽。配合不同的需要，饭煲特备2、4及6小时的糙米发芽时间，并在营养价值充分发挥的时候加上高气压烹调，大大提升了饭粒的松软粘香甜感，令每粒米更香软好嚼。
GABA（Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid)米家电发芽米是指“发了芽的糙米”，又称为“发芽玄米”。发芽米中含高单位的氨基丁酸（Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid）被视为健康、美味兼备的优质养生米。当糙米处于合适温度及吸收适当水分后，会进行细胞激活及开始发芽。当糙米中的酵素完成活化后，胚芽会开始积聚比未发芽糙米及白米更多的营养，当中包括丰富的铁、钙、镁、维生素B群、维生素E、食用纤维、矿物质等。
◆ 小贴士：大多数真空处理包装的糙米经过加热烘干，因此有不发芽的可能性。建议购买自然干燥的糙米比较容易发芽。
