For over 30 years, Thierry and Corine have honoured the unique terroir of Irancy and the essence of each vintage, passing on their family's legacy to their children, Gabin and Félix. They practice manual and selective harvesting, meticulous sorting, and ageing for 24 to 30 months while embracing organic and biodynamic principles. Their philosophy revolves around respecting nature's strength and preserving the singular character of Irancy.
