Directions
- Apply less than ½ tsp of Grasses of Life Premium Grasses of Life Castor Oil to the centre of the patch.
- Place the patch over the belly button or desired area,
- Press gently onto dry skin.
- Leave in place from 30min to 3 hours or overnight.

Helpful, durable, and very thorough in the presentation of boundaries
Format: Spiral-bound
I love this for several reasons. I use it in my therapy practice with clients. There are different types of boundaries and examples and sometimes clients feel It’s not a very big topic, however, it is. You can use the book weekly with a client across many sessions. The book is well-made and you can use an erasable marker with it. The ink doesn’t come off just apply a little alcohol to a cloth. I fear this is also very durable.
