"Loved By Lu" is de populairste droge witte Canadese wijn van Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery – en dat proef je meteen. Deze elegante, fruitige Riesling is een eerbetoon aan Sue-Ann’s grootmoeder en mentor, Lu Staff, die haar van jongs af aan leerde hoe je met liefde en zorg een wijngaard beheert.

Wijnbeschrijving
De Riesling "Loved By Lu" is een schitterend voorbeeld van een klassieke Ontario Riesling: levendig, fruitig en prachtig in balans. Je proeft frisse groene appel, citruszeste en een subtiele hint van gegrilde ananas. De wijn is toegankelijk, verfijnd en zowel vriendelijk als verfrissend.

Vinificatie
In oktober 2020 werden de druiven met de hand geoogst van 16 tot 30 jaar oude wijnstokken op de estate-wijngaard. De stokken staan op dunne kleigrond met kalksteen daaronder – ideaal terroir voor Riesling. De druiven werden zacht geperst en koel vergist, waarna de wijn rijpte in roestvrijstaal. De wijn werd licht gezoet en gefilterd voor botteling.

Serveeradvies
Deze wijn komt het best tot zijn recht als aperitief, goed gekoeld, of bij:
- Jonge, frisse kazen
- Milde, geurige curry’s
- Geroosterde of gegrilde kip en varkensvlees
- Aziatische gerechten
- Zalm, quiche en eiergerechten

There's a side zipper that helps get in and out of the dress. There's also a corset in the back that pulls any slack. I'm 5'5" and weigh 185 lbs. It's ankle length. The Drop makes good dresses. I bought the Crimson too and it's a beautiful red that makes everyone turn and gaze. There's another dress the Drop makes which is polka dot and same version in ivory. My favorite this summer
