Prende vita in questa maniera il Colli Orientali del Friuli Ribolla Gialla DOC, di Livio Felluga. Matura per sei mesi in acciaio, per arrivare a offrire fragranza, freschezza e unintegrità di frutto da manuale. È una buonissima Ribolla.
Ideale per accompagnare le preparazioni della cucina di mare, è ottimo con le pennette agli scampi.
