Banesto is een voormalige Spaanse wielerploeg die actief was van 1990 tot 2003. De wielerploeg werd gesponsord door de Spaanse bank Banesto. De ploeg kwam in 1990 in het peloton als opvolger van Reynolds. De bekendste renner was Miguel Indurain die voor Banesto reed van 1990 tot 1996. Indurain won maar liefst vijf keer de Tour de France en twee keer de Giro d'Italia. In 2003 hield de ploeg op met bestaan, omdat er een nieuwe sponsor was gevonden, in Illes Balears.

Extremely Helpful for Dry, Irritated Skin but Personally Too Heavy for My Face

This is one of those products that I completely understand the hype around because it truly does work very well for dry, irritated, over-processed, or compromised skin areas. The texture is rich, soothing, and very protective without having a strong fragrance, which I appreciate because heavily scented skincare products usually irritate my skin immediately. I have found this especially helpful for dry patches, irritation from weather, over-exfoliation, and areas where the skin barrier simply feels stressed or uncomfortable. A very small amount goes a long way and the tube itself lasted much longer than I expected. That being said, for me personally this product is simply too heavy to use regularly on my face because I am somewhat breakout-prone with richer creams. While it feels incredibly soothing, I personally prefer using it more selectively on very dry or irritated areas rather than as an all-over facial moisturizer. The packaging arrived perfectly sealed with no leaking or damage during shipping and the product looked exactly as expected upon arrival. For the amount you receive and how little is needed per use, I also think the value is very good compared to many other barrier repair creams.
