De meerlaagse constructie zorgt voor een snelle en gelijkmatige warmteverdeling over het hele oppervlak, zodat je vlees, vis, groenten of eieren perfect gaart.

Veelzijdig en hittebestendig

De plaat is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, inclusief inductie, en kan ook gebruikt worden in de oven tot 230°C. Het roestvrij staal zonder coating is bestand tegen hoge temperaturen en intensief gebruik. Na gebruik mag de plaat in de vaatwasser, al blijft handwas aanbevolen om de levensduur te verlengen. Dankzij het ontbreken van een coating is deze teppanyaki extra duurzaam.
