Grote houten speculaasplank met een handgesneden afbeelding van een vrouw. Deze oude bakvorm werd vroeger gebruikt om speculaaspoppen te maken, vooral rond Sinterklaas. Het deeg werd stevig in de vorm gedrukt, daarna gebakken en soms nog versierd.

De plank is met de hand uitgesneden en heeft een mooie warme kleur. De afbeelding toont een vrouw met een sierlijke hoed, kraag en patroon in haar kleding. De plank heeft lichte gebruikssporen, passend bij de leeftijd (zie foto’s), maar is verder in goede staat.

Een sfeervol item om op te hangen in de keuken of bij een verzameling oude bakvormen. Ook leuk als decoratie in een café of bakkerij.
