"Ceylon" kaneelschors is afkomstig van de kaneelboom, een tropische groenblijvende boom afkomstig uit Sri Lanka, Zuid-India en Madagaskar. De kaneelboom kan tot 15 meter hoog worden; tijdens de teelt wordt hij meestal teruggesnoeid om hem bossig en laag te houden en de ontwikkeling van verdere scheuten te stimuleren. De geoogste stukken schors worden in matten gewikkeld en gefermenteerd om een intens aroma te ontwikkelen. Kaneel wordt gebruikt als specerij, om voedsel op smaak te brengen en als essentiële olie. Het spaanders dat ontstaat bij de productie van de kaneelschorsrolletjes en de specerijenproductie van echte Ceylon-kaneel, wordt door middel van stoomdestillatie verwerkt tot etherische olie.

The most worthless item I've purchased

I bought this can opener February 13th I think and I used it 2 weeks ago and is now broken won't open up anything so my review for this is the worst piece of crap can opener I've ever purchased so now I guess I got to go back to the manual hand one the Old faithful!!!! Very poor quality. Not supported by manufacturer.
I bought this because of my arthritis. I could not use a manual can opener anymore. Worthless product. It lasted 3 months, only cut soft aluminum cans. No response when I emailed the company. Do not buy this product.
