Proef de ultieme smaak en malsheid van onze heerlijke lamsrollade. Gemaakt van 100% puur en natuurlijk groeiend Nieuw Zeelands lam, gekruid tot perfection. Deze rollade is opgebonden vanuit de lamsbout zonder het been en bevat geen additieven. Onze lammeren grazen op open natuurlijke weides, wat resulteert in een smaakvol en gezond vleesproduct.

Bereidingswijze:

Gaar de rollade langzaam in de oven of indirect op de barbecue tot een kerntemperatuur van ongeveer 54 graden Celsius. Als alle kanten aangezet zijn, plaats het vlees dan in een voorverwarmde oven op 180°C. Na circa 105 minuten zal het lam een kerntemperatuur van 56°C hebben bereikt en kan het uit de oven worden gehaald. Laat het vlees vervolgens nog 10 minuten rusten voordat je het aansnijdt, zodat alle vleessappen behouden blijven en de smaak zich verder kan ontwikkelen.
