Measure around the widest part.
2. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part
3. Hip
Measure around the widest part, keeping the feet close together.
Hold the tape vertically to measure:
4. Inseam
Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your leg. Be aware that the inseam measurments are based on a regular inseam.
5. Height
Measure from the top of the head to the floor, keeping a straight posture.
