Al palato si presenta con una vellutata pienezza e i tannini appaiono setosi, sospinti da una precisa acidità.Il Alto Adige Lagrein DOC dell’annata 2015 nasce da vigne di 80 anni che crescono su un cono di detriti risalente all’epoca glaciale nei pressi del rio Trodena, a Villa di Egna, ad una altitudine di 250 m sul livello del mare. L’uva diraspata viene fermentata in grandi botti di rovere da 25 hl dove rimane a contatto con le bucce per due settimane e successivamente il vino matura in botti di rovere da 5 hl e 7 hl. Un ottimo rosso della tradizione.
Il vino perfetto per i piatti a base di carni rosse e selvaggina. Provatelo con il capriolo in salmì.

We love this blanket! By we I mean us and the dogs. It’s sooooo soft, a good size, warm, and has held up surprisingly well for what we have put it through. It has gone camping, to the mountains, and been dragged all around the house by dogs. No rips or tears! Great color, design and quality!
