Larvikite is an igneous rock, specifically a variety of monzonite, notable for the presence of handsome, thumbnail-sized crystals of feldspar (where it gets it's beautiful Labradorite-like Flash). ... The name originates from the town of Larvik in Norway, where this type of igneous rock is found. Many quarries exploit Larvikite in the vicinity of Larvik.
Larvikite is usually rich in titanium and is estimated by geologists to be 292–298 million years old.

How our Wands are Made: All of our wands are made by hand by Artisans in Peru and India. This is not to say that they do not using a grinding stone that may be electrically powered, but it does mean that they don't just dump beautiful crystals into a machine and out comes a finished wand. These are hand-crafted by skilled Artisans.
I've recently had the pleasure of interviewing my friend Irfan who's company makes some of our Pendants and some of our wands all by hand in India. He gave me a detailed explanation, which I am honored to share with you. This method is similar, if not identical, to how the beautiful community of carvers in Peru make wands for us as well.
The Artisan first starts by cutting rough crystal material into rectangular shaped pieces that are roughly 50% bigger than the finished wand will be. This is all dependent on the quality of the material as some material that is hard to work with like Green Epidote or Pyrite that have crystal cavities [called vugs] that can jeopardize the integrity of the wand.
What you may not be able to appreciate is that quite a few of the wands break during one of the steps from start to finish. The good news though for us crystal lovers is that none of the product goes to waste...they save all the pieces and make smaller products from broken wand pieces.
So, from the 4 sided rectangular piece of material they then fashion the point. The next step is to create an 8 sided wand, then a 16 sided wand all grinding the flat facets by hand with skill & great care. Once they get it down to a 16 sided wand they start rounding the entire wand. One thing you make take away from this that may be useful in helping you realize a wands value is that the rounded smooth, tapered, pointed wands actually take more time to make and are worth more because of that.
So, to determine a wands value it's often priced by the material's cost, most often in $/ Kilogram and then the amount of time to create the wonder-full work of art.
I hope this helps provide you some insight into how hand made wands are made. White charges with bright light/UV and is truly a game changer for night-time fetch. Both dogs clearly favor it.
Orange is easy to see in the grass at day
They're 3 different weights as well, so double trial. I prefer medium for my big dogs, though light performs well too
The orange is HEAVY and unyielding. Do NOT throw it with a ball thrower. It could damage your house or knock your dog out. Seems tough though.

Play fetch in the dark! My dog loves these balls!

My dog loves these glow in the dark balls! The squeak is an added bonus! They get glowing very fast, in just seconds, and they bounce erratically making the dog go even more crazy chasing them! They are also indestructible. She is a strong chewer and none of these balls even has a scratch yet.

Fun Durable and My Dog Loves Them
Size: 3.5in Large
I bought these glow squeaky balls for my dog and they have been a huge hit. The size is perfect for medium to large dogs and the material feels sturdy enough to handle plenty of playtime. My dog usually destroys toys within a few days but these have held up really well and still squeak loudly which keeps him interested.
The glow feature is surprisingly useful. We play fetch in the evenings and being able to spot the ball in the grass makes it so much easier. It also adds a fun element to nighttime play. The squeak is loud but not annoying and it really grabs my dog’s attention.
Having four in a pack is a great value. I can keep one inside the house one outside and still have extras ready. The texture is also easy to clean which is important because they definitely get muddy after outdoor play.
Pros: durable material fun squeak glows in the dark easy to clean and great value for the price.
Cons: my dog loves them so much that he insists on carrying one everywhere.
Overall this is an excellent set of dog toys. They are durable fun and practical. I would recommend them to anyone who has an active dog that loves to fetch and squeak.
