When used correctly the 7849 can quickly diagnose a fuel feed problem, as it has been designed to allow quick and easy diagnostic pressure tests to be carried out on the low pressure fuel

When used correctly the 7849 can quickly diagnose a fuel feed problem, as it has been designed to allow quick and easy diagnostic pressure tests to be carried out on the low pressure fuel side of a common rail diesel system with the ignition on and/or engine running. This kit can connect in to any low pressure fuel system that uses 9.89mm quick connectors and can also plug straight into existing Laser fuel bleed adaptor kits including 5262, 7174, 5566 and 5567. This allows the kit to be used on Citron, Peugeot, Renault and Vauxhall/Opel connectors as well as Ford, Jaguar and Land Rover.

Quickly and easily measures fuel pressure vacuum and pressure. Easily identify low pressure fuel pump issues, fuel filter blockages, pipe damage, connection leaks and seal damage (air leaks).

Can be used with the engine running to establish pre- and post-filter pressure variation.

Compatible with adaptor pipes from Laser - Part Nos. 5262, 7174, 5566 and 5567. EU Registered Design.
