Giallo paglierino, dai riflessi verdolini. Al naso si riconoscono profumi di fiori gialli, note di mela verde, frutta gialla e agrumi; al sorso è scorrevole, fresco, equilibrato, con un piacevole tocco sapido sullo sfondo.

"Pedraia" è un vino bianco prodotto dalla cantina Santadi, ottenuto esclusivamente da uve nuragus, un'antica varietà autoctona, coltivata in vigne poste su terreni ricchi di sabbia e argilla. In seguito alla vendemmia, le uve fermentano in serbatoi di acciaio inox; prima di essere imbottigliato, il vino sosta per qualche mese in vasche di cemento.
