For pools over 12m long and over 5.5m wide( large pool covers), we have a great solution. Split the roller and have 2 small blankets. This means it is easy for you to wind up your pool cover.
Large pool covers are hard to wind up. This solution makes it easy for daily use. Anyone can roll the pool cover up easily.
Make sure your large pool cover is easy for the whole family to roll on and off the pool. Our dual roller system is the perfect solution. Simply split the blanket in half so it makes light work of the roll on and off the pool.
Includes 2 x Roller, split bracket assembly, additional gear drive and 2 x lids

For pools over 5m wide and 12m long. Deflection is too great and you need to split the roller and downunder lid.
This is achieve by a shared centre and lid joiner assembly. With precision bearings for ease of use.
Deflection happens when the blanket weight is too great for the roller, gearing and brackets. The roller will bend and the gearing will pull off 90 degrees. Which will fail over time.
By splitting the roller and lid, you have 2 smaller lids and rollers to work with and a shorter roller width will not bend with the weight.
The outcome is that the system will last a long period of time with very little wear.
