Paolo e Noemia dAmico dimostrano ancora una volta di sapere quel che fanno quando si tratta di vino, e dai loro vigneti situati al confine tra Lazio, Umbria e Toscana riescono a ricavare etichette parecchio interessanti. Un bianco, in questo caso, che saprà lasciarsi apprezzare per quel suo frutto carnoso e succoso, il quale si incontra a meraviglia con delicate e sottili sfumature dolci. Una bevuta avvolgente, che saprà estasiarvi durante le serate estive, ma allo stesso tempo un sorso caldo ed esotico, che sarà capace di riscaldarvi lanimo anche durante linverno. Uno Chardonnay, insomma, adatto per tutte le stagioni!
Si sposa con portate a base di pesce o carne bianca. Da abbinare ai calamari ripieni.

Tall Tails Fan
