È uno splendido bianco che arriva dalle pendici dell'Etna e dimostra eleganza, stile e qualità. Il suo nome, Aurora, cioè Alba, indica anche una piccola e graziosa farfalla autoctona proprio dell'Etna, rappresentata in etichetta e a rischio di estinzione. Viene prodotto senza solfiti aggiunti ed è un vino caratterizzato da freschezza e mineralità, ma più di tutto da naturalezza e genuinità.
Versatile negli abbinamenti, può accompagnare piatti a base di legumi, pesce o carne bianca. Da provare con la minestra di piselli.

So Gentle on Skin – Switched from Witch Hazel
