Bucked Up Hydration Pack isn't your basic electrolyte mix. It's a full-disclosed, packet-style pre-workout with moderate stims, aimed at better pumps, real training energy, and keeping sessions strong even when you're tired. They built it around 6,000mg citrulline malate, added 200mg caffeine anhydrous for stim, 200mg AlphaSize® alpha-GPC for brain-muscle support, and stuff like beta-alanine, taurine, and ActiGin to fight fatigue. It's made for convenience, but the doses aren't wimpy.

The star is 6,000mg citrulline malate. Your body turns citrulline into arginine, which boosts nitric oxide – that's the stuff that widens blood vessels for better flow to muscles, more nutrients, and that full pump you feel during reps. You'll notice muscles staying pumped longer instead of going flat mid-workout. 6g is a solid dose, way better than those 3-4g ones that don't deliver.

There's 2,000mg beta-alanine. It helps make carnosine in muscles, which buffers the acid build-up that causes burn during hard sets. Studies usually go for 3,200-6,400mg daily, so 2g isn't the full load, but it's helpful if you use it regularly. First time, you might get those tingles. Over time, it's about pushing through more without the burn hitting so quick, not just the feeling. Higher intramuscu

Bucked Up Hydration by Bucked Up contains 500mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate — this dose makes the pump real. It boosts arginine and nitric oxide for better blood flow and that full muscle feel you want in a good pre-workout.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — solid moderate energy hit that amps up alertness and drive without going overboard. Perfect for tough workouts that still let you sleep later.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC — branded choline for sharper focus and better mind-muscle connection. It helps with acetylcholine, which is key for staying locked in on reps during intense training.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — helps build endurance by loading carnosine over time. Studies like 3.2-6.4g daily, so this isn't full dose alone, but it adds up if you stick with it.
  • Fully disclosed label — every ingredient has its amount listed. No prop blends here, so you can check it against real studies and know what you're getting.
  • Packet convenience with real doses — lots of single-serves skimp on quality, but this has a legit 6g citrulline base and solid ingredients, not just weak travel stuff.
  • AlphaSize® branded quality — using the trademarked version means better standardization and sourcing than generic alpha-GPC.
  • ActiGin at 25mg — supports performance with a blend of Panax notoginseng and Rosa roxburghii. Small dose, but it adds a unique edge beyond basic pump and caffeine.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders in hypertrophy mode wanting packet pre with real pump. 6g citrulline malate keeps muscles full during volume, 200mg caffeine and 200mg AlphaSize® maintain focus for clean reps when tired.
  • After-work trainers needing boost without 300-400mg caffeine. 200mg gives solid stim, balanced by citrulline flow and alpha-GPC concentration, not just relying on caffeine.
  • Athletes loving convenience but hating weak packets. Full disclosure and 6,000mg citrulline malate make it stronger than most grab-and-go that's just flavor and buzz.
  • High-volume lifters in 8-15 rep ranges wanting better sessions. Beta-alanine builds buffering over time, caffeine and citrulline make each workout feel stronger right away.
  • Folks focusing on mind-muscle in machines, isolations, accessories. AlphaSize® alpha-GPC sharpens neural drive for that dialed-in feel where form counts big.
  • Gym regulars stepping up from basic pre-workouts to something more serious but doable. Stronger doses than starters, moderate enough without needing pro-level stim tolerance.

How to Use

Mix one packet in 12-16 oz water 20-30 minutes pre-workout. Gives caffeine time to boost alertness and gets AlphaSize® and citrulline ready for your first sets. If new to this or stim-sensitive, try half to test – 200mg can feel punchy if you're low on caffeine. Shaker beats stirring for full mix. Empty stomach for quicker kick, or with light food if caffeine bugs your gut. Don't stack with other caffeine unless you know your limits – this already packs a good hit. Stacks well with creatine and carbs for training, covering power while this does flow and focus. No need to cycle citrulline or alpha-GPC, but break from caffeine if tolerance creeps up. Keep packets cool and dry to avoid clumps.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: drink it, chill, not much yet besides the routine vibe. 10-20 minutes: caffeine hits with more alertness, possible light tingles from beta-alanine. 20-40 minutes: prime time to start – energy's clean, focus sharp from AlphaSize®, pump builds with citrulline during sets. 40-90 minutes: holds steady as moderate stim, pump and focus last better than caffeine alone. Days 1-7: feel the quick hits from caffeine, focus, pump; beta-alanine's just starting. Weeks 2-4: better push through intense efforts as carnosine builds. Sporadic use still gives stim and pump, but you miss some endurance gains.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up Hydration Pack?

Each packet contains 200mg caffeine anhydrous. That places it in the moderate-stim range: strong enough for a clear pre-workout lift, but well below the 300-400mg formulas that dominate the high-stim category.

Is the 6,000mg citrulline malate dose actually effective?

Yes. 6g citrulline malate is a legitimately strong dose for a packet pre-workout and sits in the range commonly used to support nitric oxide production, blood flow, and the fuller pump most users are looking for during training.

Will I feel beta-alanine from the 2,000mg dose?

Possibly. Some users will notice the classic tingling sensation, but the more important effect is long-term: beta-alanine works by increasing muscle carnosine over time, and 2g contributes meaningfully even though the classic research range is 3.2-6.4g daily.

Is this really a hydration product?

Based on the verified active formula here, it functions much more like a moderate-stim pre-workout than a dedicated hydration mix. It does include Himalayan rock salt and taurine, but the formula is clearly centered on citrulline, caffeine, focus support, and performance.

What does AlphaSize® do in this formula?

AlphaSize® is a branded alpha-GPC ingredient included at 200mg. Alpha-GPC provides choline for acetylcholine synthesis, which supports focus, mental drive, and a better mind-muscle connection during training.

Can beginners use Bucked Up Hydration Pack?

Yes, but stimulant-sensitive users should start with half a packet first. The formula is fully transparent and not overloaded with stimulants, but 200mg caffeine can still feel intense if you are new to pre-workouts.

What should I stack with this product?

Creatine monohydrate is the cleanest stack. This formula already covers energy, pump, and focus, while creatine adds phosphocreatine support for strength, power output, and repeated high-intensity performance.

Can I take this late in the day?

Only if you tolerate caffeine well. The 200mg caffeine dose can affect sleep for several hours, so most users are better off taking it earlier or at least 6 hours before bedtime.

Does this product use proprietary blends?

No. One of its biggest strengths is full label disclosure, which means the ingredient amounts are stated openly instead of being hidden in a prop blend.

How does this compare to basic packet pre-workouts?

It is stronger and more performance-oriented than most convenience packets because it includes a real 6g citrulline malate dose plus 200mg caffeine and AlphaSize®. Many packet formulas cut corners hardest on pump ingredients, and this one does not.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.
