It is practical, cheap and reliable for day to day, but it is not the most "perfect" if you are looking for a totally dry finish or super hydration. If you want, tell me your skin type (dry, oily or mixed) and I'll tell you if it's the best option for you or if there's an even better one.

The only slight downside is that the silica in the sunscreen is actually so good at absorbing oil that it is mildly drying. This is great for people with oily skin, but people with acne like myself often use retinoids that are already very drying, and this can magnify the dryness. I often follow this sunscreen with some moisturizer to counteract the drying effect.

It is a good sunscreen, but if your skin is very oily, think again.

I have tried many, MANY sunscreens, and this one is in my top 10, but not at the very top. Why not? Well, what I like about it is that you get a good amount for an excellent price. It's lightweight, but not extremely so, and this size can easily last you 3 months without any problem. However, while it's made for oily skin, it's not that light. After just a few hours of application, it can leave your skin feeling greasy, especially if you sweat easily. It doesn't leave a white cast, but it does leave a slight, shiny finish. Reapplying isn't very comfortable. If you use it just once a day, it's fine, but if you apply it more often, your skin will feel a bit heavy and oily. I think this sunscreen is better for specific occasions rather than for daily use. If I had to choose a sunscreen for daily use, I would pick one with a lighter formula, like Fusion Water from Isdin.
