시간은 어떤 식으로든 흐른다. 누군가에게는 더디기만 하고 또 다른 누군가에게는 순간이동을 한 것처럼 깜짝할 사이에 지나가버린다. 그 누구도 시간의 중력 안에서 자유로울 순 없다. 나도 그렇고, 나의 고양이들과 내 친구들에게도 그렇다. 하지만 많은 시간이 흘렀지만 그녀들은 시간 속에서 왜곡되어버린 것처럼 그대로였다. 그녀들의 새 노래를 듣고 있으면 너무 변해버린 우리를 변하지 않은 그녀들의 목소리로 나무라는 것만 같다.
나는 그녀들의 음악을 진심으로 사랑했다. 새벽 라디오 음악 작가로 일하면서도 내 감정에 치우쳐 많이 틀곤 했다. 하지만 언제부턴가 그녀들의 음악은 내 생활에서 사라져버렸다. 나는 너무 바빠졌고 세상도 이전보다 더 빨라졌다. 그런 시간 안에서 그녀들도 세상 어딘가로 쓸려가버렸다. 나는 그녀들을 애써 찾지 않았고 너무 변해버린 세상도 그녀들을 다시 무대 위로 불러내지 않았다. 그렇게 우리는 그녀들의 존재를 잊었고 그녀들을 과거의 사람으로 만들었다.
다시 떠오른 별처럼 그녀들이 다시 떠올랐다. 그녀들의 목소리는 여전히 순수하게 반짝이고 있었다. 새 노래를 들으며 드는 생각은 변한건 그녀들이 아니고 우리였다는 생각이 들었다. 우리들이 찾지 않았을 뿐 그녀들은 늘 그 자리에 있었다. 그녀들의 새 노래들이 예전과 달라진 세상에서 어떤 식으로 받아들여질지 모르지만 나는 만족한다. 왜냐하면 충분히 변해버린 세상과 사람들의 취향 안에서도 그녀들이 가진 모든 것이 여전히 유용할 것이기 때문이다.
많은 것들이 너무 변했다. 특히 우리가 많이 변했고 조금 건방져졌다. 하지만 그녀들 그러니깐 애즈원의 노래를 들으며 우리는 조금은 위로받고 변하지 않는 것이 무엇인지 한번 정도는 생각할 수 있다.

Drying formula and smell bad
Smell so bad and made my hands dry instead of moisturizing. The formula is watery. Maybe it’s fake or expired I am not sure.

Saved my skin barrier!!
I rarely write reviews, but this product truly deserves it. I have sensitive, dry skin with mild to moderate rosacea that became even more fragile after chemotherapy. While trying to repair my skin barrier, I overdid it with actives and completely wrecked my skin — it was red, raw, burning, and peeling.
I turned to ChatGPT for help, and this Avene Cicalfate+ was one of the top recommendations. I started using it about three weeks ago, and wow — the difference is incredible! My skin has healed beautifully. The redness is dramatically reduced, the irritation is gone, and my skin feels soft, smooth, and calm again.
The texture is soft and luxurious without being sticky. I love that there’s no noticeable scent, which is perfect for sensitive skin. It arrived well packaged and intact. For the results it delivers, I consider it an amazing value and will absolutely repurchase again and again.
If you’re on the fence about trying this, go for it — it truly rescued and revived my skin barrier. This is now a permanent part of my routine and 100% a holy grail product for me!

Works as created.
Have been using for a few weeks and have noticed 15% improvement in skin and issues. I did notice a difference in the first 24 hours as advertised. It is suggested need a full month I think to see the true results.
At 50 I have pre menopausal skin issues- the redness & inflammation, acne, tightness and sensitivity. It is helping in addition to the other Avene skin products that come in the trial box for sensitive or SOS skin box trial size I think ot is called.
This has made a difference. It is easy to apply. I use morning and night. It is different from the Cicalfate + Cream. I use that also as needed. I am happy and recommend it. The price is higher than what I spend. But I wanted to try it to see of i need more than just what was in the Avene sensitive skin trial size box they have. My skin is really red and irritated so the $40 for the bottle is was willing to try because it's painful on my face.

Okay serum, not as good as the cream though
I am obsessed with the cream version of this so I thought I’d give this a try. The dropper top allows for easy application. The formula is light and non greasy and absorbs easily. No harsh fragrances. I would use it when I had eczema flares on my face and feel like it didn’t work near as well in helping with skin irritation as the cream does. As of now I don’t use it as part of my regular skin care. Do I think it’s a bad product? No, but it didn’t really work wonders for me. Not sure I would purchase again.
