How is this legal? Each delta-9 edible maintains a 0.3% THC by dry weight, maintaining the legal limit. They can be categorized in the same way as a full spectrum CBD product. Each gummy contains 5 mg of delta 9 THC per gummy, with a total of 150 mg of delta-9 THC per container. Will this get me “high”? It certainly might.
