2015 release. Recorded at the height of their powers as the leading free jazz trio in Europe, 1971 includes some of the hottest and heaviest music ever made by Peter Brötzmann, starting with an inflammatory, incandescent 26-minute live track recorded at the New Jazz Meeting auf Burg Altena. Only available on a nearly-impossible-to-find LP sampler issued at the time by the festival, this marks the first appearance of "Just for Altena" on CD. Two more tracks come from pristine studio recordings made shortly before the festival, and they show an entirely different side of the trio, with delicate and harmonically intricate work by the Belgian pianist Fred Van Hove and typically wide ranging and mondo offerings from Han Bennink, at the time when the Dutch percussionist was using a huge, ragtag setup with metallic flotsam and jetsam augmenting his traditional kit. Soft, lint-free, and gentle, just a bit thin

These Cliganic cotton rounds are very soft, gentle on the skin, and truly lint-free. I use them daily for makeup removal and skincare, and they feel high quality and comfortable, even on sensitive skin. I also appreciate that they’re made from 100% pure cotton and are hypoallergenic. They do a great job removing makeup and applying toner without falling apart or leaving residue behind. The quantity is excellent as well, 300 rounds is a great value and lasts a long time. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the pads are a bit thin. They still work well, but I sometimes need to use two instead of one, especially for heavier makeup.
Overall, these are reliable, gentle cotton rounds that perform well and are a great option for everyday skincare. I would definitely purchase them again.
