Our foudre aged solera saison with a little raspberry and pink pepper, was blended with some spontaneous coolship sour beer and passion fruit and hibiscus to re create one of our classic beers. Its beautifully balanced with floral notes, a hint of spice, dry woody tannins and rich bright tropical fruitiness.
