To create the Distiller's Cut, this secret ingredient is added to a macerate containing the 47 botanicals found in the brand's core expression. The botanicals are then distilled again in a second extraction process, aged for three months in earthenware containers, and combined with local spring water. In previous years, the Distiller's Cut has featured unique botanicals such as Red Mustard Cress, Purple Shamrock, Ivy, and Rare Spignel Plant.
