The second document is a detailed and tragic account of the exodus of the Assyrians from Urmia in 1918 by their granddaughter, Miriam Yohannan. Both documents have been expertly edited by Youel A. Baaba and have been provided with copious explanatory notes. Also included are 33 photographs and details of the history of the families of the writers.
