Votre survie sera rendue possible uniquement grâce à une technologie avancée basée sur la vapeur, dont la clé est le Générateur, cette merveille d'ingénierie qui fournit la chaleur vitale à ce qui reste de l'humanité.

En tant qu'experts de ce qui représente probablement la dernière ville sur Terre, votre objectif est de faire survivre cette ville. Chaque scénario possède ses propres objectifs que vous devrez accomplir pour remporter la partie. Le fardeau placé sur vos épaules sera pesant.
