- Counter-rotating beater (304 SS) breaks up clumps and guarantees uniform results.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift & one-piece domed cover—smooth, safe, and effortless.
- 2" compression draw-off valve with ¼" perforated disk strainer speeds portioning & cleaning.
- Wall-mount support arms (304 SS, seam-welded) free up floor space and simplify sanitation.

Integrated Twin-Shaft Agitator
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum bridge protects gears and bearings.
- Right-angle gear motor with 15 : 1 reduction ratio.
- Selectable High (46 RPM agitator / 120 RPM beater) or Low (23 RPM agitator / 60 RPM beater) for total recipe control.
- Bayonet-mount agitator & beater remove in seconds for CIP or when a mixer isn’t required.
- Positive rim-lock, high-speed start interlock, and automatic shutoff when the bridge lifts.
