Das Cis bzw das Des liegt zwischen C und D. Während das D der Urton der westlichen Kirchenmusik ist, ist das Cis bekannt als Ton des "OM". Das "OM" ist ein heiliger Laut aus dem östlichen Spiritualismus. Sein Ursprung ist das "AUM", in welchem sich die Einheit von Körper, Geist und Seele widerspiegeln. 

Es ist ein wunderbarer Ton zum Tönen und Meditieren. Er lässt sich wunderbar mit Atemtechniken verbinden. Zusammen mit dem Element der Luft strömt er in den Körper und hilft, in die innere Mitte zu finden.

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
