This do it all machine can bend, punch, and shear with the correct tooling, yet takes up very little space. The HPB-45NC makes it much easier to make smaller parts such as flanges and brackets, because the material has a surface to lie on during the process. No having to hold one side and hope that it is perfectly level or lined up; the perfectly machined table takes care of that for you.
The HPB-45NC runs on 220 volt three phase power and produces a whopping 45 tons of pressure with its 5 hp motor. Operation of the HPB-45NC is very simple. It comes standard with an NC controller that can handle up to 50 programs with up to 10 bends per program. The operator can also put the machine in a manual mode for one off projects and set up as well. Bends are actuated by foot pedal control so the operator's hands are free to assist with the material. The HPB-45NC has an accuracy of +/- .002”.
Other features included with the HPB-45NC horizontal press brake are a set of single-vee tooling (7.8" high) as well as a manual back gauge to help with repeatability.
