It will make test fitting a 12k winch for a custom build easier with less chance of damaging your (or your customers) actual winch. You will be able to bolt it down, clock the gearbox (in 8 positions), and break it down for storage. It also has power ground lugs, and a free spool lever (printed in plastic).
