Directions for use ANTI-AGING DAY:
To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule
after dinner, drinking plenty of water or tea (200 ml).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 capsules). Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for proper body function.

To obtain the product's beneficial effects, take 2 capsules after dinner with plenty of water or tea (200 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 capsules).
