Weinbereitung und Reifung: Die Trauben des Palazzi werden in der letzten Septemberwoche geerntet. Nach einer sorgfältigen Auswahl der Trauben und einer sanften Pressung - dem Abbeeren - erfolgt die Gärung in Stahltanks. Es folgt eine 8-monatige Reifung in Barriques aus französischer Eiche und eine 11-monatige Reifung in Zementfässern.
Alkoholgehalt: 15% vol.
Weinbeschreibung: Der Palazzi zeigt in der Nase frühlingshafte Aromen mit Noten von Pflaumen und Mandeln; am Gaumen zeigt er sich frisch und mineralisch.

opens bottles!

This bottle opener is very cool. It’s like a screwdriver, but it’s really a bottle opener! It has a grip to prevent your hand from flying off while opening a bottle. I also carry a bottle opener on my keychain and am always especially proud when someone needs a bottle opener and I have on right there on my keychain.
