Die REDLINK PLUS Elektronik bietet einen digitalen Überlastschutz und eine konstante Leistungsabgabe für eine längere Standzeit und Lebensdauer. Der bürstenlose Motor erhöht die Langlebigkeit der Maschine ebenfalls, da der Verschleiss der Maschine abnimmt. Außerdem ermöglicht er eine kompaktere Bauweise der Maschine. Die Magnesium Schutz- und Pendelhaube und die Bodenplatte aus Magnesium bieten guten Schutz bei wenig Gewicht. Die LED Leuchte sorgt für eine optimale Ausleuchtung des Arbeitsbereiches. Mit der Säge sind Gehrungsschnitte bis 50° möglich. Über den integrierten Absaugstutzen ist ein Anschluss an ein Absaugsystem jederzeit möglich. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
