Der Dark Single Malt J.H. besteht aus 100% dunkel geröstetem Gerstenmalz (über 100 Grad mit Heißluft).
Whiskys aus Gerstenmalz sind typisch für Schottland oder Irland, allerdings ist die Verarbeitung und Lagerung unterschiedlich, so verwenden wir unterschiedliche Fässer und auch ein anderes Brenngerät.
41% Vol. Alkohol

Farbe: leuchtend, glänzendes Goldgelb mit dichten Schlieren
Nase: sehr duftig und transparent, schokoladige Noten mit fruchtigen Akzenten nach Orange und Marille, Macadamianuss, brotig nach Maluz, Lavendel, Birne und Honig.
Gaumen: anmutig und geschmeidig nach zart schmelzender Milchschokolade, Karamell mit herb-salzigen Spitzen, präsent und dicht am Gaumen, angeröstete Kokosflocken, Butterkürbis und ölig.
Nachklang: sehr geschmeidig mit langem Finish. Präsente Kräuternote im Abgang – Thymian, ein Haus Rosmarin, Vanille und Angelika sowie schwarzer Pfeffer.
