Sportwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund - darum ist es wichtig:

Jede Trainingseinheit sollte das Ziel haben, den Körper einem sog. "wirksamen Belastungsreiz" auszusetzen, um den Funktionszustand (=die Leistungsfähigkeit) des Sportlers zu verbessern. Fehlt diese Wirksamkeit, investierst Du ggf. kostbare Trainingszeit in Einheiten, die Dich nur wenig oder gar nicht voranbringen ("leere Kilometer"). Um Deinem Training einen höchstmöglichen Wirkungsgrad zu verleihen, ist es wichtig, Deine individuellen Trainingsbereiche zu kennen, um diese gezielt ansteuern zu können. Jedem Trainingsbereich können bestimmte Anpassungsprozesse des Körpers und daraus resultierend bestimmte Trainingsmethoden, Umfänge und Intensitäten zugeordnet werden.

Mit Hilfe einer Leistungsdiagnostik können Deine individuellen Trainingsbereiche genau ermittelt werden, um die effektivsten Trainingseinheiten daraus abzuleiten. Die Spiroergometrie ist dabei der Goldstandard der Sportwissenschaft und für jedes Leistungsniveau gleichermaßen hervorragend geeignet: individuelle Ergebnisse und zuverlässige Trainingssteuerung vom Anfänger bis zum Profi!

Bei unserer Leistungsdiagnostik mittels Aeroscan absolvierst Du einen Leistungsstufentest auf dem Laufband. Dabei werden unter anderem deine Atemgase, Herzfrequenz und eine Vielzahl weiterer physiologischer Parameter gemessen und analysiert.

- VO2max, HFmax
- individuelle Trainingszonen (Tempo/Herzfrequenz)
- FATmax (maximaler Fettstoffwechsel)
- respiratorische Parameter & Energieverbrauch
- absoluter & relativer Kohlenhydrat-/Fettstoffwechsel

Daraus bestimmen wir im Anschluss Deine genauen Trainingszonen und besprechen im Rahmen der Auswertung Deine weitere Trainingssteuerung auf Grundlage dieser Daten.

- Grundlagenausdauer / LIT (Low Intensity Training) / Fettstoffwechsel
- Erweiterte Grundlagenausdauer (GA2)
- Wettkampf-/Schwellenbereich
- Entwicklungs- und Spitzenbereich / Intervall- und HIT (High Intensity Training)

Jedem Trainingsbereich können dann die effizientesten Einheiten für Dein weiteres Training zugeordnet werden. Wenn Du möchtest, erstellen wir den gesamten Trainingsplan für Dich.

- Erklärung des Testablaufs Durchführung der Aeroscan-Diagnostik auf dem Laufband
- Analyse der Daten durch den Trainer
- Gemeinsame Auswertung und Besprechung der Ergebnisse

Wichtige Hinweise:

 

Vor der Aeroscan-Diagnostik:

  • belaste Dich am Vortag nur wenig
  • trinke 24 Stunden vorher keinen Alkohol

Am Tag der Diagnostik:

  • nimm mindestens 2,5 Stunden vor der Diagnostik KEINE Nahrung mehr zu dir und trinke nur Wasser
  • bringe zum Aeroscan bitte folgendes mit:
    • deine Laufschuhe sowie Laufbekleidung
    • ein Handtuch und evtl. Wechselkleidung und Duschzeug (wir haben vor Ort eine Dusche zur Verfügung) 

Weiterhin interessant: die Daten Deiner Diagnostik sind nicht nur für die Trainingssteuerung, sondern auch für die Prognose Deiner Wettkampfleistung relevant. Mit einer Leistungsdiagnostik 1-2 Wochen vor dem Wettkampf können wir Dein optimales Wettkampftempo bestimmen, messen den Energieverbrauch dabei und können eine darauf abgestimmte Ernährungsstrategie ableiten (vor allem für Mittel-/Langdistanzathleten sehr wichtig).

Terminverschiebung / Umbuchung

 

Ist das Erscheinen zu einem gebuchten Termin nicht möglich, kann auf einen anderen Termin umgebucht werden. Dabei gelten folgende Bestimmungen:

  • bis 8 Tage vor dem Termin: kostenfrei
  • 7-3 Tage vor dem Termin: Servicegebühr in Höhe von 50% der gebuchten Leistung
  • ab 2 Tage vor dem Termin: Servicegebühr in Höhe von 100% der gebuchten Leistung
  • Die Servicegebühr fällt auch auch bei Nichterscheinen oder erheblicher Verspätung (> 15 Minuten) an, wenn hierdurch eine nachgelagerte Terminumbuchung notwendig wird.

An Invitation into the Heart of Reality

I love reading Anne Lamott. She helps me feel that it’s okay to be human. She helps me see that prayer is human. It’s the most natural thing you can do. And, really, everybody does it, whether they know it or not. In this delightful book, Ms. Lamott reflects on what she calls three essential prayers: help, thanks, and wow! Such human expressions! She invites us, the readers, into her perspective on life, infused as it is with both the mundane and the mysterious. There are times when it is even threatening. But we are not alone. We have each other, and we have God. (Or, better, God has us.). I don’t know that Ms. Lamott would want to be called an optimist, but she certainly sees the good in the bad (or, maybe after the bad). Life is both, she seems to say, but all is okay. So we ask for help when we’re wise enough (or desperate enough) to do so—both for ourselves and others. And we say thanks because life is full of reasons to be grateful. And there is so much beauty around us—and tragedy too—that we cannot help but erupt with wow! I urge you to read this book. Perhaps, as you read it, you will feel as I did reading it, that you are in a conversation with someone very wise and very compassionate and very real.

Another Thanks and Wow by Anne Lamott!

I was first introduced to Anne Lamott's writing about 25 years ago when I read her book, Bird by Bird. It was a book about how to write and from that moment she became one of my favorite authors. Help, Thanks, Wow is a wonderful book that I have underlined and reread over and over again. Her writing has a voice that many of us can relate to. It's honest and you can feel her pain. She writes with humor to balance the good with the bad. Something that is so important to learn as we go through life. Her descriptions help you see, feel, and smell when she describes "autumn...the colors are broccoli and flame and fox fur. The tang is apples. The rot smells faintly of grapes..." She tells us how to ask for help when you can't do it all by yourself, but how important it is to say thank you, thank you, thank you and Wow for all the things you are grateful for. I loved when she wrote about how service to others is joy ,but how important it is to be kind to yourself. One of my favorite passages was this one, "This morning at six when I awoke, loneliness was sitting on my chest like a dental X-ray apron, even though I was buried in hairy dog love. Help, I am sad and lonely, and already it looks like today is going to be too long. I prayed...I did a kindness to myself, as I would have a troubled friend..." Her descriptions are all like this one and easy to relate to. I loved this book and have given it to friends who have then bought it for other friends. It is definitely a WOW!!!!

Not bad, but not my cup of tea

After seeing Anne Lamott on TV, I was impressed with her and checked out this book on Amazon. The reviews were good, so I ordered it. I was a bit disappointed on receiving it, as I didn't like the shape of the book (too small) and I didn't like the type style (too hard to read). Then, I struggled to get into the book. I like to highlight insights in inspirational books, and I simply didn't find anything to highlight in this one. I think Anne Lamott is a lovely person and I understand how a lot of people liked this book. However, it just didn't bring any new insights to the table for me and it wasn't written in a way that I found compelling. The good news is, it wasn't too hard to finish, since it is short. I passed it on to someone I hope will enjoy it.

This is not a religious book at all, but a book for anyone who is spiritually-oriented and maybe especially for those who aren't, because the author writes about prayer in a way that every single person can relate to. This is a book about being real and true and simple and clear and about living a worthwhile life. Don't miss this book. Highly recommended. *****
