WELCHE EIWEISSE SIND ENTHALTEN?

Hauptbestandteil sind mizellares Casein und Calciumcaseinat. Das mizellare Casein wird durch Mikrofiltration gewonnen und weist die natürliche Eiweißstruktur der Milch auf. Die Herstellung ist schonend, so dass die sensiblen Proteinstrukturen erhalten bleiben. Der Unterschied zum Calsiumcaseinat liegt im Herstellungsprozess. Calciumcaseinat weist einen noch höheren Gesamteiweißgehalt auf und ist nahezu fett- und kohlenhydratfrei.

Das Scitec Nutrition 100% Casein Complex ist als Milcheiweiss besonders cremig und sättigend. Die langsame Resorption macht es zu einem hervorragenden Nachteiweiss für die Muskeln.
